This RCA 26LA33RQ 26" HDTV features 4 HDMI inputs for connecting multiple high-definition sources including DVD players and game consoles. The PC input lets you use the TV as a monitor for your computer.
This TV exceeded my expectations, to start the picture quality is really great as well as the viewing angles are amazing because I have the TV in a bedroom on a desk that's fairly high up and it can be seen from all angles with no darkness or discoloration at different angles. I am using the over the air HD channels and they look great as well as streaming Netflix through my Blu-ray and watching DVDs all look great. Now the sound is quite amazing for a flat screen TV, I have a few other flat screens and the speakers are terrible, but the speakers on this RCA are really good, they are 8 watts per speaker and if you put the bass all the way up in the menu they sound really amazing for a flat screen and get nice and loud, you won't be disappointed. The TV also has a service USB port, which you can't use for anything other than powering self-powered computer speakers or charging devices (Charged my smartphone). This has 4 HDMI ports which is really great as well and a headphone jack. This TV looks really nice, it has a solid glass base and the remote is well designed. The buttons on the TV are to the right side which is really nice, the inputs are on the left side of the TV but recessed so you can't see them. Overall this TV is great for the price and I would highly recommend it!
What's great about it: Great picture quality, great sound, physically looks great, well designed remote

I am really happy with this laptop, to start it looks really sharp with the design and the logo on the top lights up which is cool. I bought this primarily for school and it does the job perfectly. The Intel i3 processor and 4gb of RAM power this machine very well. Also the 500GB hard drive is plenty of room for music, pictures, a few games, and more. The CD/DVD burner is fairly quiet and does have lightscribe which is cool for labeling discs to make it look professional. This has a fingerprint scanner which is kind of cool to have but it wasn't a deal breaker. The webcam isn't HD but it's sufficient for skype. The speakers are slightly better than what the average laptop speakers are, they do get pretty loud though. The backlit keyboard is what made me buy this over other laptops, I have had 2 laptops previously, one with and one without a backlit keyboard and I LOVE IT!! It is such a nice feature to have for when you are using it at night or in low light situations, I would never go back to not having the backlit. The laptop runs very cool and quiet even after it's been running all day. I really like how it has 4 USB ports, 2 of which are spaced out and 1 of the 4 is an eSata/USB combo port so you can have highspeed transfer with your eSata hard drive. The built-in wireless n is an Intel card which is really fast and has great range. Built-in Bluetooth is kind of handy. It does have an HDMI so you can hook it up to your TV and watch Netflix, amazon instant video, Hulu, or whatever. Overall this laptop is a great buy for the money as it is loaded with features that other laptops in this price range lack.
What's great about it: Backlit keyboard, runs quiet and cool, Intel HD 3000 Graphics, built-in wireless N and bluetooth, 4 USB ports
What's not so great: The touchpad 2 finger scrolling is a bit figity sometimes but it's not a big deal
I would recommend this to a friend!

Repairs unusable discs

This works great for discs that are UNUSABLE due to scratches, you don't want to use this product on discs that aren't having issues such as skipping DVDs or other errors as it will lightly scratch the surface (resurface). With that being said it makes unusable discs work again, it doesn't make them like new, it makes them work properly, which is all that matters to me.
What's great about it: Cheaper than other repair solutions, makes unusable discs work again

Really great cordless hand vac

Have used this vac a few times for getting dust out of my computer, picking up crumbs, dust bunnies behind my desk, it has performed very well in all the times I used it. Read the manual about charging!! If you do not charge for at least 24 before first use and let it run down until it is completely dead once a month, it will not hold a good charge, you must do this to maintain the battery properly.
What's great about it: Good suction, good battery life, easy to use, built-in attachment
What's not so great: No charging done indicator, no power brush tool (have to get next up model for that)

Worst Purchase Ever

First one I had the T key died about after a month, second one I had, the E key died after about 1 month, sent the second one to Saitek, they said "we found nothing wrong with it" they sent it back untouched and now I am sitting with a keyboard with a dead E key. The keyboard wasn't even used that much. You think that for this expensive of a keyboard that they could make a quality keyboard, but I guess not.
What's great about it: Backlight, soft keys
What's not so great: Cheap, keys don't work after awhile

Check out the reviews for this same tv at walmart, the reviews are excellent, I think you just got a bad one, exchange it.

Deceptive
ByALinds
Don't be fooled. This is just a little better than a cheap player in that it records DVD. It is 480, NOT 1080. It does not do 1080 upconversion. It does do 480 progressive output if your TV supports it. If your TV doesn't have progressive, don't use it as it will blur/distort the picture. It works, just be careful you know what you're getting (get it if your TV is 480) for the money because for just a bit more, you could have 1080 (should get if you have a 1080 TV and want the better viewing experience). This is a refurbished unit and priced as such but even if it was a brand new unit, I would not pay this price.

How about rate the main purpose of this product?

The main function of this is to RECORD video to DVDs, how about review that part of the product? How's the quality of the recording? Nothing in your review about that.

Beware of re-size/zoom features
Bypulsepilot1fromHouston, TX
You cannot change from 16:9 to 4:3 and manually re-size the picture to perfectly fit your screen. All it offers is standard, zoom, and super-zoom. When I put in a DVD the picture is over widened so peoples faces look a little stretched. The zoom on the TV and on the DVD player does fix this. The price was good but I am returning the TV because there are so many sizes of pictures from different DVDs and other sources that you really need that function. Also, the 3 HDMI ports in the back are so close together, I am only able to use 2 of them.

Explain
November 1, 2012
I have a 26" Westinghouse TV and if I press the aspect ratio button it stretches 4:3 to fit, I haven't seen any other TV that does this any other way. 4:3 will be stretched on a 16:9 TV regardless.

This is a Great laptop for the price

I saw this laptop at bestbuy and is really nice the processor is great if you intend to play games. The AMD A-10 Radeon Hd is Dedicated 512 Mb Video Memory. Great, Refurbished is cheaper and is a new laptop as any one.

Not too impressed
Byanim8trfromMinneapolis, MN
Bought at store, setup in kitchen. Sound quality was of poor quality, picture quality was no where near what was on display in the store. I later leaned that all in-store TVs are hooked up to a HDTV quality tuner. I just have regular cable at home. I packed it up and returned the same. Still looking for something a bit better without breaking the bank.

Well duh
August 11, 2014
Putting basic cable on an HDTV is going to look like garbage no matter what tv you get by the way. You'll have to look for a tube tv if you want it to "appear" to look better
