TV Does Not Work - Arrived Broken

I bought this tv for my new house. There was a delay in the closing. When I opened the box the tv was broken. Best buy refused to exchange it or fix it. I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again. The staff at best buy were extremely rude.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
