Balls and Ropes

I had a Neptune front load washer/dryer combination and this is larger capacity than the Neptune. The washer works very well. The dryer has some real problems. My laundry comes out in a combination of big balls and long ropes. This makes getting the job done a lengthy procedure. So far I've followed all the advice I can get, folding the sheets before putting them in the dryer, putting sheets on top, using shoes, etc. etc. The Neptune dryer worked perfectly at drying. The Best Buy sales force haven't got a clue and act as though I'm the first person to mention this problem. YouTube has many complainants attempting to solve this issue. Is there no solution LG?

I had a Neptune and this is larger than the Neptune, it works very well. Takes some time to get used to the controls but doing it automatically works until one learns the ropes. Speaking of ropes, the washer is great, the capacity is incredible, but the accompanying dryer has some real problems. My laundry comes out in a combination of big balls and long ropes. Loudest refrigerator! shakes the floor

I was told this was quiet. HA! Nice looking, quality, with glass sliding shelves is good, however for an apartment where a person lives this is impossible. It cycles a LOT. It shakes the room, it is VERY loud.
What's great about it: glass shelves, low height fits in apartment
What's not so great: WAY TOO LOUD. Tenant threatened to move if not removed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
