I truly love my new HP-Printer as well as the HP-Ink Refill Program. This is a great program that allows you to conduct your professional as well as personal printing needs worry free from running out of ink. I personally hate having to make ink runs to the store and with this program this is one less thing that I have to worry about. I used the service and within my first three weeks I received ink refills according to my usage. IT'S A GREAT PROGRAM !!!!

Great Product But TERRIBLE APP/CUSTOMER SERVICE

The product works great and I love the features. This includes the ability to almost do a 360 degree view of the viewing area. In addition, I like how you can go up and down you can truly see everything happening with the device. What I do not like is that the phone app is terrible. Sometimes you have to log in and out just to get it to work. Furthermore, when you are away from home sometimes it will not work. Therefore, in my opinion, its not as reliable of a product to have if you are in a situation where you must see your home. I left remarks on the google review and have even sent an email to the developers of this product with NO RESPONSE. Its sad that they just take your money and leave you high and dry.

My response to Zmodo- If this was the case I am yet to receive a response from your organization regarding this issues that I am having with your product. It takes me to write a review on the Best Buy website to even hear anything from your organization. I truly feel let down from your organization and feel that a product is only as good as the company that stands by it.

GREAT PRODUCT - REVIEW UPDATE REVISED- WORKS GREAT

Zmodo responded to my inquiry on the Best Buy Website. As instructed I contacted their Tech Support Department. After resetting my internet and Zmodo device I was able to make progress. In addition, I was unformed to download the MeShare web application as the Zsight application is old. As I stated in my previous post I am very happy with the functionality of the product and my frustration was the app I was using was out dated. After using the new app I have not problems and can now enjoy using this product away from home to view my house. Thank you Zmodo for your customer service and assisting me in this matter

what happens if you buy 50 pages per month and use 60?
Then you will have an additional charge of $1.00 per every 15 pages printed if you have the $2.99 Plan.

Do you have to pay extra for postage beside the 2.99 for ink
What about postage,,is it extra beside the 2.99 for ink
No, the only fee you pay is your monthly program fee selected. Keep in mind that if you exceed your min monthly printing then you will pay an additional charge according to your plan over-use charges. Your ink refills and postage are all apart of your subscription.
