I was a little sceptical about the hybrid design.

I was a little sceptical about the hybrid design, not having a drying heater.
But it works great...better than the Kitchaid it replaced. The thing is huge inside, and takes a lot of dishes to fill it up. The best I've used! Just make certain you use the wetting solution, as recommended.
