Nothing but greatness comes from this lens. Heavy but built like a tank. Sharp and contrasty I use this with my Nikon D750.

Let me first start off by saying I own Asus products, so I know I was buying a good quality product. I was in the market for purchasing a monitor to do some photo editing. Very first time using this... fell in love with it right off the bat. The screen is very well lit, well balanced with colors. I also purchased the 4k (PB287Q) 28 monitor, just to do a side by side test, an it was clear to me that this monitor was the best monitor for what I wanted to use it for.

Like many others... I wanted to make the jump from a crop to a full frame. I'm coming from a D5000 to the D750 and obviously the result are night and day. The pictures I've taken on my 50mm1.8g and 70-200mm 2.8 VRii are simply amazing. Before I struggled getting that shot, with this camera it makes everything easier.... A slight learning curve with some of the button/dials but thats expected. I've only had this camera for a little over a week now and I'm already blown away with the clarity, depth,accurracy of this camera. It would be wrong of me not to mention the customer service that I recieved from Best buy. The first location I drove to didn't have the Camera in stock (although it showed it did #, kindly enough, I was issued a discount of $40 off# didn't even ask for it) for driving to another location after confirming that the camera was there; Also I bought the camera on a Wed., Friday it was on sale as it is now for $300 cheaper. I brought in my reciet and they were more than happy to honor the sale price, issuing me a 300 refund..

My 5yr old Samsung LCD showed better pic quality

After reading some reviews and doing some home work I knew at the time of the purchase there might be some things that I wouldn't like. One thing I did notice as I was viewing-doing a comparrison with a Samsung, the screen it self has a glare/white haze to it. After getting it home and mounting it on the wall, played with the settings etc. As the comments I've read before mentioned, it has a glare, the depth of the colors arn't really all that impressive, fast moving objects there is a blur halo effect around the object (even in 4k it shows it). Another problem I encountered, It would not allow me to play my 4K clips from my GoPro Hero 4. Long story short, I returned it the next day and purchased another Samsung UN60HU8550FXZA.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
