Not quite as advertised

I haven't gotten the product completely set up but from the start, there is functionality that was supposed to be included that is not present - wireless charger and NFC easy backup. Unfortunately, when I tried contacting ASUS support to resolve the problem, twice I was put on hold and then disconnected. I hope this is not an indication of what's to come.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
