When purchasing this program no one mentioned that the machine would need to mailed out. Here I am, one year later with a broken XBOX ONE and sure enough, it has to be mailed out. I am likely not going to get a replacement new machine, but rather a refurbished unit. Oh, and not to mention the controller which also has issues, will need to be mailed out separately because the machine and the controller cannot be sent out together. Not to mention that it took 3 people to figure out how to process the mail out. In conclusion, I will never buy another gaming console of any type at Best Buy. Utterly disappointed.
Best Buy no longer allows in store exchange, device replaced with a refurbished device which no longer works. Now I have to return to the store, the policy that I purchased the device under should be honored. Now I will have to continue to get refurnished devices before I get one that works. I use to work for a cellular provider with a similar policy, you can get up to 3 different refurbished devices before you are given a new device that actually works.
