The cook top on our 2 month old electric slide-in range cracked. Samsung will not repair. The oven does not always turn off. BEWARE of this product. There are numerous reports of the rear control panel starting fires.
The GOOD news, Best Buy is replacing it. I will always be loyal to Best Buy for standing behind their products. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.
Also, our first Samsung microwave exploded and the second one's light and fan would come on randomly.
