Broke down within one month

This refrigerator fit my needs at first. It cooled great and space was good. It was also not too loud. Within a month it stopped cooling. It took me three calls to customer service with about an hour wait each time, and coordination with the service repair company to get it fixed. Now there's a loud rattling noise and I'm afraid to call customer service because of the long wait. I would not recommend a whirlpool appliance to anyone.
What's great about it: Size, convenience
What's not so great: Reliability and Whirlpool's customer service
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Are the freezer drawers solid plastic or wire?

I want a freezer with solid plastic drawer and slide not wire mesh. If you could send me a picture of the inside of the freezer it would be greatly appreciated.
Freezer drawers are metal wires.
