First off, I ordered 3 appliances through Best Buy Online and will NEVER order anything through their online service again! The experience of the order process and deliver and issues afterwards has been a nightmare. I could go into detail, but would literally take pages to explain the horrible experience from start to finish. Next time I will go to the store and order through them directly, which has always been a good experience.
Pros: this microwave/hood vent can be vented through the top, side or re-circulating. Looks good and value for the price was great too. Cons: the beeping when the timer is done is annoying and loud. The buttons are hard to push.

This electric range features a cooktop with 2 expandable elements and a Fast Boil element. The 5.9 cu. ft. capacity allows you to cook multiple dishes at the same time.

Glass top doesn't clean well.

First off, I ordered 3 appliances through Best Buy Online and will NEVER order anything through their online service again! Cons: the glass top on this range is extremely hard to clean. It leaves a ton of marks from anything you cook on it and doesn't clean easy. It also takes forever for water to boil. The cook timer is annoying to use so I just use the timer on my microwave.
