Having second thoughts

Gas range arrived day after Thanksgiving. Relearning how to cook with an appliance that actually works. Because all burners are able to work at full power, everything cooks much quicker and hotter. Also, the oven door closes tight with no gap, yahoo! However, the one big negative is the AquaLift technology. Who ever thought up this idea obviously does not cook or clean. Oven was hardly soiled but wanting to keep it looking like
new, decided to clean it after only a few uses. It took three cleaning cycles and a lot of elbow grease, and it is still not totally clean. This is not a "self-cleaning" oven. Having second thoughts about choosing this appliance.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

on the whirlpool range, what color is white ice? is it all white?
White ice is the same white as the regular color. However, the oven handle and trim on the knobs are stainless steel. Coordinates well with other stainless steel appliances.
