Delivered dented and non functional

This fridge looks great and has a big freezer but it arrived with a dent in the big door and the main compartment would only cool to 60 degrees. Obviously this will be going back

How much space does this unit need around it? I am replacing a camper refrigerator that has ventilation in the back wall to the unit.

Manual says 4 inches minimum...
