Phone was easy to set up and phone works ok Phone calls are good no dropped calls only problem is low volume when you listen to radio or you tube or movies

For a sony phone works good but is heavy takes ok pictures and 1080 p pictures Try it for 14 days if do not like return to best buy Also sim card tray hard to get out must have long nails

Best buy is only store that has this 4k player in stock All other stores are having pre orders Reason why it is 2 early for player to be released Only apps they have is netflix and amazon and vudu Most sonly players have at least close to 100 apps Best to wait tell sony puts out big update

Samsung makes best 4k tv on market Have had sony and lg and picture looks dark and dull on both Tv very easy to sert up Only problem i have is remote Play and return bottons are sticken I called samsung and they are sending me another remote If you are looking for a nice tv at a good price Grab this one

Tv has a nce picture in 1080p But in 4k hdr picture is dark and dull I have 2 older sony and picture looks the same in 1080 p I called sony and they trying to blame netflix And netflix blame sony This tv well be returned and exchanged for a samsung 4k hdr tv Samsung has the best picture in 4k hdr

Tv has a nice picture and has hdr only on netflix Problen cannot ajust the picture and tv has basic sound I paid 649.99 so i am happy withe purchase

Had tv for 6 days and best buy had special price on samsung un55ku6500 curved tv for 649.99 The lg tv is nice but over priced it has a nice picture and remote is great but for the money i well take the samsung un55ku6500

Had tv 2 days and called for a return No web browser you cannot stream from labtop to tv and picture is not all that good in 4k Better to save and buy sony or samsung like they say you get what you pay for

The sales guy sold me on the excellent picture in the store. Increasing the resolution from 1080 to 2160 looked amazing. I was told that larger cable providers, like dishTV, charge a small fee to provide the 4K signal. I bought the set thinking I would pay a small fee but get an amazing picture.
Xfinity/Comcast informed me in two separate communications that 2160 and 4K are NOT available to Xfinity customers. I have the latest and greatest X1 box and still ONLY 1080dpi is available. The two service reps. told me MAYBE the high def will be out by the end of 2016.
I would expect that the sales staff at a electronics outlet would know what providers have the HD service available. I mentioned having Comcast, but he kept showing me how good the picture will be with 4K. I almost feel I was mislead by the sales person. I would not have purchased this TV if I knew I could not use the very feature I was most looking forward to seeing. I will likely be going back as it was a waste of money to buy a product that has features that are not supported by the largest cable provider in the area.
