I purchased this light to be used over my shower and so far I like it. For the price it's not bad. Build quality and brightness are good, my only complaint would be the mobile app. Connectivity takes a little time (~30 seconds) after turning the light on and the color transitions are not as smooth nor instant as I hoped. I purchased the Playbulb LED strip and have a much better interaction with that device over this but I needed the BR 30 bulb. There is an update that has been announced for the App by ilumi and as far as I know it is "Coming Soon" at this point. I look forward to the update and hope it smooths out the rough edges with the app. If you're looking for one light I think this is a good product. If you plan on adding multiple lights together I would wait or try the Lifx brand.

I had high expectations for this machine. After a week of ownership I decided to return. Don't get me wrong this machine had some very impressive attributes from Microsoft. My reasoning for returning was that it was just missing something for the price point. Screen quality was excellent, battery life was unbelievable, and was very portable. So why return it? Windows 10 still produces many "bugs" with this particular device. After updates, the camera would not function properly for Windows Hello, the Edge browser would freeze constantly, and Google Chrome would use excessive processor resources, cause the device to become hot, and have the fans constantly on. Being that the product was launched in October 2015 I would expect for a flagship device that they would've been ironed out by now. My other complaint was with the build quality. The vapor magnesium shell was impressive but I found many imperfections with the device, especially on the back. In the middle just below the Windows logo there was an area that wasn't very rigid. I was able to depress the center where there appeared to be a bulge. There was also a build mark in the same area that presented as an indentation. I confirmed that this was not a flaw with my particular machine by returning to the store and examining the display model. To spend 1500.00 for an i5 processor on a flagship device I had higher hopes. I am a Windows fan and hope that they can improve on a second generation model. If you're on the fence, I would suggest waiting for a newer version or a lower price point.

This unit produces a wide range of different colors and allows some patterns with the app. I use mine for behind the TV lighting and couldn't be happier with the effect it produces. This review doesn't get a 5th star I feel because the strip is a little short for my liking, it's around 3ft and you constantly have to reconnect your device (phone) to it if idle too long or you close the app, it doesn't automatically connect and stay connected. (This probably saves battery though.)

I originally was set on replacing my 50'' plasma Samsung with another Samsung. I am big on brand loyalty and I always liked the picture of a Samsung over any other manufacturers. (ie LG, Vizio) I never considered Sony because I thought of it as a dying brand. After talking with the salesperson in the store and seeing the Sony side-by-side with a Samsung; I chose Sony. This TV truly delivers an unbeatable picture, accurate flesh tones, and deep blacks. I would say it looks almost as good as Samsung's 4K in the same price range. I used to use Chromecast for Apps because it was always much easier to navigate than native TV apps however I am impressed with the ease of this TV's apps! The Sony uses an Android system that you can link to your Google account making it that much more enjoyable. In conclusion I was wrong about Sony being a dead brand and would consider taking a look at Sony if you're in the market for a new TV.

I purchased this product to replace my ThinkPad with Tablet 2. I was hesitant due to the Atom processor but I am quite impressed. I purchased the 4gb RAM model because I knew that it was a must with the given processor. I do not recommend the 2GB version. I love the screen ratio, use of the pen, we well as the type cover. This product would receive 5 stars however due to the price with Microsoft; it receives 4. With the type cover and pen which are a must, you're looking at 800.00 for a tablet with an Atom processor. There are other options out there that will give you similar if not better performance. What you're paying for is the look and feel of the tablet as well as the keyboard integration. Neither the pen or keyboard is included. The unit comes with 128gb of storage which is enough especially with expandable SD card slot and the use of OneDrive. You get a full version of Windows so I feel that it is a much better buy than an Apple tablet.

I purchased this router because I was having many internet problems in my house. The internet service provider provided a standard wireless router with their install but was highly inadequate. I became frustrated with continuous connection drops and problems getting internet in all areas of the house. My house is a single story around 3800sq/ft. This router solved all problems. The speed is consistent throughout the house and I have mounted the router in the attic. I am able to receive great connection speeds from even down the street! The Linksys app makes it easy to change features and settings right fro m my smartphone as well. It is a bit pricey but I have owned many cheaper routers over the years and understand that you get what you pay for. No need for tedious range extenders with this one. Another great feature is that you can connect a hard drive to the router and back up all your computers in the house to it through the wireless connection.

I purchased these because I was looking for a good wireless headphone that was lightweight that would have great sound and battery life. This was my first purchase of a "Beats" branded product because I was always reluctant to spend that amount of money on what I thought to be a hype product. I was wrong. These headphones delivered more than I expected. Their comfort ability comes from a lightweight design that is fully adjustable with different size earpieces and adjustable around the ear loops. The earpiece does not sit deep into your ear so you do not get any fatigue after wearing these for extended periods of time. Once adjusted properly the sound quality was better than I expected and the inline controls make it easy to control music without reaching into your pocket. I use these at the gym as well as my daily headphones now. Battery life is not bad although they are wireless only so you will need to charge these every few days if you use them a lot. They also can be updated through a usb connection and your computer so I found that to be a great feature when purchasing a product that you want to be able to use for years to come and keep up with technology.

I purchased this iPod nano to replace my 5th generation nano for its Bluetooth capabilities. I was hesitant on switching from the standard click-wheel style to a touch screen device but the screen on this device itself is very useful and accurate. The added volume control features allow you to play, pause, skip, etc.. your tracks so using this device while exercising or driving is much safer and easier. The battery life is better while not using Bluetooth so I just turn off the Bluetooth radio when using the standard 3.5mm jack. The battery life was poor at first but after reading around I found that the device just needed to be fully drained and charged and did a quick reset to re-calibrate the meter.

Unfortunately I cannot delete or update this review but hope this helps those looking to buy. I originally purchased this item April of last year and was left unsatisfied. I saw that it was on sale this week and decided to give it another try, I'm happy I did. Since this products original launch Windows10 has received a multitude of updates including the Anniversary update and the newest, Creators update. With that said, this machine shines a lot brighter than it used to. For 1179.99 it's a great price and I would highly recommend it. Even being a year and a half old, this machine is truly innovative and keeps up with the rest of the pack.

Great monitor for what it's advertised to do, 1440p, 144hz. My only complaint is even after tweaking around the colors, they still seem pretty flushed out

Try using your graphics card settings to adjust gamma density. To get the settings to stay, disable "Game Mode" in Windows 10. Game mode is some feature they added on the last update and was changing color settings back.
