I have had my Alta for one week and am completely happy with it. I wear almost 24 x 7. It is extremely comfortable. I love the display, particularly for providing my texts, and also for how it urges me to get moving if I have been sitting for awhile (Let's roll!). I have had not problem with skin irritation, with tapping the screen, or with getting the band to lock. I like the fitbit app which syncs to my phone. I have gotten along for many years without measuring my HR, so did not feel like I needed to invest the extra $$ for that. The Alta is great for me, and does get me moving! I would definitely recommend
