no surprises here - just a good phone. i'm only loyal to apple b/c their phones just work. there isn't a lot of nonsense, it's consistently a great experience. i pick up the phone and it does what i need it to do. upgraded from a 3 year old iphone 5s. seems cool so far 1 week in. i expect it to be fine for another 3 years.

affordable macbook - seems like these are never on sale so i picked this one up. my other mac is about 8 years old and still runs like it's new. we added this one with updated specs as a backup and love it so far. super thin and does what we need it to do. seems solid.
