Picture quality is good, night vision decent, zoom feature very good. It is a wired system so plan on spending some time installing to make it look neat / professional. Once camera locations are decided, wires are run, the DVR setup is pretty easy. The hard drive does make a little noise so you might want to plan to hide it away. iPhone app was easy to install but the DVR was missing IP addresses and other info I had to call the support line to get. They were helpful. During the call they warned me of long hold times but after about 5 minutes a live person came on to collect my # so Tech Support could call me back. They did and everything is working great.
