Decided to pick up a Bluetooth speaker today and spent a little time in the store trying out several different brands and models. This unit wasn't set up with a display yet, but I asked one of the associates if they could open it for me so I could hear it before purchasing. They were able to do this, and the sound out of this unit was far better than any other brand at this price point. I will admit that I'm a Bose snob and have multiple Bose products, but time and time again, they product and sound quality for the price is simply better than the competition! This little unit puts out a ton of crystal clear sound, is easy to use, and has a nice look to it. I may even end up buying another one!

Does Best Buy ever run sale prices on Bose products?
A couple years ago I picked up a Bose center channel speaker on sale. However, I think it was a discontinued model. I have seldom seen any Bose components that are in current production on sale anywhere. It's possible that Bose does not allow authorized outlets to put their products on sale.
