Was Good, But.....

I have had the Klipsch RSB-11 Soundbar and Subwoofer for about two months. It worked very well until I had time to do the Firmware update that Klipsch offered. I printed out the detailed instructions, downloaded the Zip file that contained the update, unzipped the file and loaded the two Firmware updates onto a jump drive and started the update following the steps exactly. It shutdown for the next step in the update and it would not power back up.
I contacted Klipsch thru their Customer support on the website, and opened a Ticket to ask a question about what happened. I got a automated response stating I would be contacted within 7 days. It has been well over a week now, and no response.
I returned it to BestBuy for Geek Squad to send it back to their repair center. It could take a month till I get my Soundbar back....if I am lucky...Lol.
I am rating it one Star, because of the Firm Ware Update Failure and the lack of RESPONSE from Klipsch, their Customer Support is very BAD and Seemingly Non-Existent.
The Best Advice I would give to anyone considering buying this Soudbar would be to "Not do the Firmware Update" if you want to enjoy your Soundbar.
I would not recommend this Soundbar to anyone because of the lack of Customer Support from Klipsch.
