Despite poor reviews I was a sucker to think that maybe my experience would be different. I was wrong.
Immediately out of the box the wifi would not pair up right. After an hour on the phone with tech support they had no idea even though it was talking to their servers. So I manually updated software and reset everything and magically it started to work. This was only to find that all the thing wanted to do was run around in a little circle and error out with a brush error. Needless to say my ownership of this thing was in the span of hours. I am personally amazed that a company like Dyson put this thing out as half baked as it is even with a year of feedback from Japan. Tech support is well trained in the "That is the first time I have ever heard of that happening before...." line but beyond that of little help. Don't waste your time on this thing. I returned it for a Roomba 980 and had it up and going in 10 minutes.
