If you are looking for a very functional larger unlocked Android phone, check this one out on display at Best Buy. Sure, if you spend 2 to 3 times as much, you can find a stronger phone. But, in its price range, I found nothing came close. I am enjoying my new phone.

It makes call on its on when on a call. I have tried blacken screen and every thing and it still do it. Sometime when I put my phone down it calls people without my permission.

I too found mine to be prone to pocket dialing (or starting apps). Two things have helped. I have put all like type apps in a folder. Also, I make double sure when I am done with a call or an app I hit the top button.
For $125 or so though, this is quite the deal.

Build quality. Noticeable dead pixel and strange scuff like marks on rim of phone.
Snapdragon 210 is pretty slow, Fallout shelter takes about a minute to load.
No cases or screen protectors anywhere.
Screen is not bad and not great. The vivid option is horrible.
Speaker is so so.

Now, I do not use mine to play games, so your cons might be applicable and I wouldn't know.
But I find the chip to be plenty fast enough for almost any productivity app, I have no dead pixels, and Amazon has cases and screen protectors. I'd easily buy another.
