If it weren't for the network card, this computer would rate a 5 star rating. However I will be returning it due to serious network card issues. The card appears to cycle off and on with no consistency. The last straw was when trying to surf using MS Edge, I was getting a network error requiring a restart.

Great computer, fast, but wish it didn't have as many extra programs as it did. But not a big deal figuring out what to get rid of. Asus was always my go to company when I was building my own computer. Their motherboards were always top notch. I think that quality came over to their desktop computers.

I tried all the comments the dellteam recommended, unfortunately none of those was the problem. The card sees and connects to the network, but then just stops working. The wifi icon is still on but nothing happens. Interesting to note that somehow it also affects the browser. The browser does not refresh when asked or when clicking on a new website, will proceed to refresh, or attempt to refresh the current website. Once the wifi card starts to work again, the browser works properly also. Yes the problem is cyclic in that it works, then stops, then works, then stops and continues to do that. I don't know all the in and outs of networking and how that interacts with the browser/system but I can tell you my 9 year old Dell XPS 8300 has NO problem staying connected to the exact same network when operating in the exact same position. PS The computer was returned for a full refund.
