I am a father or two small children (ages 3 and 1) and decided to purchase this for a road trip to Kansas City from Chicago. At first I was very impressed with the quality of picture, etc. However, 4 hours into the drive they just simply stopped working with the error message of "No Disc Found" displaying even though the same disc that had been in there was still there. I put several other movies in thinking it could have been a scratched disc but had no success. I am extremely upset as I spent money on this and barely used it for 4 hours. Please save your money and don't buy this item!

Five sets in less than a year have been replaced under warranty. As long as the warranty lasts we will keep using them. When the warranty ends we will buy a different brand. They have been as good as any other brand we have tried.

I have had the same issues with mine. What did you have to do to obtain a replacement? Can you go to the store or do you have to send it in?
