These are my first truly wireless earbuds, but I have used Jaybird, JBL and Morola Bluetooth earbuds. They sound great. Just as good as my Jaybird Xs and just as good as any of the wired earbuds I've tried(I haven't tried any exotic expensive buds though). You do have to work a little initially to get a good fit, but once that's done they just stay in your ear wether I'm running, cycling or working out.
These have best connection I've ever seen. I can set my phone next to the 1/16 mile indoor track at the gym and run my workout without skipping a beet. The pass through feature seems to work well and much better after installing the firmware update. Don't worry the the update is a simple operation that Jabra app does for you.
I like the Jabra app. It's got a lot of great features. A few things would be nice though: You can create a custom interval workout, but you can't save it. Also it needs more workout categories. Please add the ability to customize the prepackaged workouts. It would be nice to change the number of sets as well as be able to add/remove an exercise. Also, the "use GPS" option is buried in the settings and should be in the add workout page.
Last, make an iwatch app. That would be really great!
Overall I think these earbuds are awesome hardware wise. The software is good, but could improved.

What is the maximum range between the headphones and the device it's paired to?
Technically 33ft, but I believe the range is closer to fifty feet.
I can set my phone next to a 1/16 mile indoor track at the gym I go to and run the track for my entire workout and not loose a beer. Also, I can put my phone in the back pocket while riding outside with a perfect connection. For some reason I've found a lot of other Bluetooth earbuds that will skip with your phone in the back pocket.

Can these headphones be switched from stereo to mono? I want to use primarily one bud at a time but don't want to miss out on the other channel of audio.
You can remove the left earbud and listen with just the right bud. The left bud requires the right bud to be in your ear.
Also they have a pass through feature which feeds outside sounds to the earbuds, so you don't have turn down the volume too much or remove your earbuds to hear what's going on.

Does this connect to PC/Mac?
To listen to music, you need Bluetooth wether it's a mac or a PC.
To update the firmware or use the fitness app you need an Andriod or an Apple.

What is the battery life on these?
Definitely over 3 hours. Probably closer to 4.
