Completely Worth It

We had this on order for 10 weeks, but it was certainly worth waiting for. This fridge is beautiful, spacious and the build quality is excellent. The PrintShield stainless really works. It is a bit less shiny than bare stainless steel, but it is a very elegant look. The platinum interior is very classy. The fridge is also very, very quiet. You can hardly hear it running! The only negative is that the freezer lighting is really limited. Given the light show going on the in fridge section, you think there would be more lighting in the freezer. Other than that, this unit is first-rate!

This unit looks great, but we encountered a few quality issues. The design, stainless finish and interior are stunning. However, the constant compressor 'growl' was too much to live with. The ice maker would also make so much noise when dropping ice into the chute -- it sounded like the ice was being dropped from 30 feet high! The water dispenser was off center, too, so if you didn't hold the glass just right, you ended up with water everywhere. This was a beautiful unit with an intelligent design. Too bad it was hampered by quality issues and very loud compressor.
