I received my Whynter WC-282TS unit, installed it and loaded it only to discover that it's NOT a dual zone unit, it's a single zone. An e-mail directly to Winter confirmed it so the Best Buy description is in complete error. I contacted BB customer service only to be given a number to call. What kind of service is that? They should be calling me

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
