Poorly installed. Called several times to get someone to come back. Was told this was on the installers who are not really Best Buy Employees. Well I paid Best Buy for a proper installation. One side of the microwave was flush with the cabinet and secure the other side was hanging slightly. When my Husband came home he was able to reach into the cabinet above and pull the screw out. as It wasn't attached at all. On a side note after working for two weeks it has now stopped working at all. My problem is that I called three times and these are documented by Best Buy and told each time that the installers would call me and come back out. Now another Saturday spent calling Best Buy, no satisfaction. I finally talked to a Manager. He told me they could come in a week and get it then the warehouse would credit my account. I really don;t even believe this will happen as I was told several times before that someone would call and then come out. Went to the store to discuss with the Department Manager who sold me this product. Still no real satisfaction and now we are stuck with no working microwave (family of 6) a huge headache with all these phone calls and a feeling they will not even show up next week. I went directly over to Lowes told him my story and he will price match Best Buy and the installation is cheaper. Another issue I had with Best Buy is that no notes were taken about this poor installation and I'am sure the installation team will never hear of it. You are not going to stop these sort of issues if they are never documented.
