Alright, I gave this a good review on Virgin Mobile's site after 1 day of use (Terrible Mistake) and they won't let me revise it so I came here.
This phone is pretty bad. I'll just get that out of the way now. I've never encountered so many headaches from a phone in my life (and I like to think I'm fairly tech-inclined). Anyway, I got this phone because I enjoy music and saw that it supports a 128gb MicroSD card. Score right? Good luck getting music on that bad boy. You have to use the Windows Phone Desktop App to sync stuff. THE SECOND TIME connecting the phone to my computer, the drivers had a fit and now it's not recognized anymore. Tried it on different computers, no luck.
Don't worry though, you can probably manually just put stuff on the SD card...WRONG. This pile doesn't let you simply drag and drop stuff onto the SD card when used as a "generic usb storage device" through Windows file explorer.
That didn't put me down though, I figured I could just pop out the sd card every now and then and use the adapter via the PC's card reader to add music. GUESS AGAIN! The music goes on the SD card fine that way (Shout out to SanDisk) but the default Xbox Music App (The only app on the phone that can really run smoothly with my high volume of music) only "truely" updates if you sync via the WP Desktop App.
I'm using the Loco Music Player right now, but that only works so well.
Aside from my music-heavy bias, there's also no Snapchat in the WIndows store and it says that it loses service every time I'm using an App while on WiFi.
If you didn't feel like reading my entire rant, here's the summary: -Loses Service often -Very Limited Apps (Terrible music apps for large volumes of music) -SD Card doesn't really work with it as well as it should
...if you want a phone that does those things, go for this one. I'm going back to my HTC.
