It's been very disappointing. I expected better customer service from Best Buy/Geek Squad. When I purchased the TV last year, I was told that the 5 year warranty was the best way to ensure that if I ever had any problems I'd be covered but now I'm being told by the Doral store that I've got to call the customer service phone number to schedule an appointment. Next available appointment is the following Saturday, mind you that I let them know that I'm willing to bring the TV in myself.
