Bad experience

In May 1 2014, I went to best buy in Marlborough,MA to install alarm and remote starter. I paid $ 295 just for installation which was fine with me because I wanted professional installation. They did install the remote and it works almost fine, the only issue that I had was they blow up two of my car speakers. When I returned to the store to take to the manager about it he just said that there is nothing he can do for me.
I also asked the technician if he can program the alarm unit to lock and unlock the doors when I start or shutdown the engine, the technician said “there is no way to do that”. On the other hand, I went to different store (Milford,MA) asking the technician if he can do it for me he said “yes it will take only 20 minute”.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
