I ordered "Furniture Assembly Service",which includes 1)Assemble one (1) piece of furniture to manufacturer's specifications 2) Install safety restraints and/or mounts to the extent recommended and provided by the manufacturer 3) Verify the structural integrity of the furniture and ensure the fit and finish are up to manufacturer's specifications 4) Place a TV on or inside the furniture, as needed 5) Clean work area and remove packaging 6) Remove and recycle one (1) TV
What I got was # 1, 2, 3, 4 What I did NOT get was # 5, 6
The Geek Squad rep had to borrow my tools (staple gun, hammer, and pliers). The Geek Squad rep, not realizing he had parked in a no parking zone, left mid-assembly for 30 minutes to look for a new parking spot. The Geek Squad rep did not take my packaging or clean my work area. The Geek Squad rep claimed that the haul away of my old tv was not included.
When I complained that the tv haul away and clean up was included, the rep said "They'll tell you anything on the phone."

What's great about it: Furniture was assembled, sturdily
What's not so great: Didn't have tools, Didn't haul old TV, Didn't clean up afterwards
