I bought these as a gift for my wife for her birthday. She's always had problems with earbuds and wires so this seemed to be a good choice. It definitely was. She is crazy about them and doesn't leave them anywhere.
From the short amount of time that I used it, I noticed that it was fairly simple to use. It paired with my iMac, both our phones and stereo with ease.

Full-body sensing provides users a comprehensive understanding of their body composition to help them reach their fitness goals. Full body sensing with hand-to-foot technology is more accurate than foot-to-foot monitors.

It's great for those who are serious about knowing where you stand in terms of health/weight. By no means this is a way to skip out on the Doc but it gives you a better understanding of yourself on an on-demand basis.
Only issue is the sensitivity of the On/Off switch. Other than that, works great. User Interface is fairly simple to use and quick to learn.
