I found the plot to be fairly predictable but with a movie this good that doesn't matter at all.
The actors the acting the stunts the cars and the soundtrack
are all right on the money.

the only knock i can give this movie was that i felt the running time was alittle too long but other than that i really loved this movie

Im not going to give a super long review here
but i will tell you that this is a very solid 5 star movie
all the way around...soo much went into this move and it really shows...and the special features in this blu-ray set are extensive
and very interesting.
also everyone who stared in this film was a perfect choice
for their roles i really can't wait to see what the next man of steel movie will be like because it's going to be very tough to top this one...

What can i say about a movie this good?
well i can say that it's even better than the first one which was great.
i liked everything about this movie the plot the cast the sound track
the production value special effects you name it. and i can't wait for the next one!
i can only give it five stars but its even better than that.!
and it's great to see spock kicking butt and taking names!!

Well i love the tremors movies i suppose they might not be for everyone but that really does not matter to me...
These movies are awesome! they have a great blend of humor
scares and campyness they don't have state of the art special
effects or anything but that doesn't matter either the premise is very cool and the charactors are very likeable it's very funny as well
but it does not come across as completely stupid because there is always a touch of believablity were you are left wondering what if ?
it also has a hint of jaws in it as well where you know something is coming but you are not quite sure when or where...
honestly i can't wait to get this blu-ray set i already have them all on dvd and the first one on blu-ray which is a perfect transfer btw.
i just wish they would make another movie....like i said maybe not for everyone but it is definately for me....

Like many people i am a fan of the original
and i own it on blu-ray.
I agree that by todays standards it's a campy film
but i saw it the day it was released in the theater
and no one was saying it was campy back then.

I have to say this re-make is a let down
i must blame the script or the director
the story deviates too much from the original
which left me feeling robbed the cast was good and the film looked good but halfway through i just started to loose interest
and i found the ending to be highly underwhelming
it almost felt like a complete waste of time
with a different scipt and a better director this could have been a great re-make but instead it just fall's flat on it's face
like many other movies where you just don't care about the charactors or what happens to them..
i must blame the script or the director

Two good movies for a great price

These movies have never looked or sounded better
they are both good movies but the first one is my favorite
the second one is more predictable but the second one does include a dvd and digital copy but both movies are better than i remembered them being.
all in all this is a great deal i definately recommend.

A food movie but not will's best work

While this is a good movie it lacks when compared to other movies will ferrell has made like
taladaga nights, elf, and step brothers, to name just a few i am a big will ferrell fan
and i think hes at his very best when the character he's playing is more sympathetic with the exception of the campaign
but if hes playing someone who is just a jerk then it's not as funny
to me i am also a fan of his dramatic work as well like stranger than fiction and everything must go.so while this isn't a bad movie at all
i feel it's far from his best work probably because hes gotten so much better since then.

I've always liked this film but now that it's on blu-ray it's even better

One of those movies that you can watch over and over again

THIS WAS WAYYYY BETTER THAN THE OTHER HULK (the Hulk). This one had good action, pretty good camera work, but it was missing something. Watch it and see for yourself.

I saw this movie in the theater twice and on blue ray twice
and it looks and sounds better on blu-ray then it did at the IMAX
this is a great movie but i do think they should have had more
of the hulk jumping and running like they did in the first hulk movie
which i didn't think was that bad i thought the hulk parts were pretty good.

Really enjoyed this movie. I feel like this has the potential to be the next lord of the rings or Harry potter. The story is great. I am hoping this does well enough to release the next book to movie.

Movie was better than I expected...but what really blew me away was how good this bluray looks. Spectacular colors, no noise or grain....crystal clear picture.
If all blurays looked like this, everyone would want one. If you have a new high def bluray setup and want to show your friends what it can do, highly recommend this movie.

this movie like just about every other movie has it's flaws
however if you are a superman fan and you like great acting action and special
effects like i do then you'll really enjoy this adaptation/addtion to the legend.
there are some really outstanding and memorable scene's
in this film....

Ok i just watched this movie again on blu-ray
and i have to say that to me this looks like a perfect blu-ray transfer
not just during parts of the movie but the entife film...
the story and the acting etc is spot on never really any dull moments
to speak of very good all the way around and i think it's perfectly cast
you will definately get your moneys worth with this one great extra too!
one minor suggestion though you may want to adjust your tv brightness alittle
because alot of the scences are taken at night

I can't say enough good things about this movie
it was everything i thought it should be
one thing i can definately say is that it is a perfect blu-ray transfer

This movie is one of the funniest movies of all time! Ben Stiller plays the ego maniac jock in the world of Dodgeball, while Vince Vaughn owns a small gym where geeky weaklings hang out. After several funny events, the two characters end up facing eachother and other teams in a Dodgeball tournament. The tournament was when I really noticed the audio, hearing the perfect ring of red rubber smacking against a face. This movie rocks!

This is a great well written and well acted comedy
with many funny moments and gag's..
I just got through watching this blu-ray version for the second time this week!
it is a great/PERFECT blu-ray transfer in fact i don't think it could look or sound any better.
so if you want to roll on the floor laughing DEFINATELY get this movie
the" wrench training" sequence
alone is worth the price of the movie....

Another great marvel character taken into the world of blu-ray. Definition of the movie is outstanding. Plus throw in all the extra features and you have a great movie. The plot was pretty good for an action type movie but could of used a little more character developement and tried to stay closer to the comics.

That this movie was critically underrated and the fact that there hasn't been another
daredevil movie yet ! make no mistake this is a great movie
i'll admit i'm not a huge ben affleck fan but he is at his very best here
this role was perfect for him and of course the blu-ray version looks awesome.
my advise is don't believe anyone who tells you this isn't a good movie
because it certainly is and it's more than worth getting on blu-ray....

The studios are starting the bait and switch under the Blu-ray banner.. Bought this movie to update my video collection to Blu-ray. Realized after the fact that the video is not 1080p HD. Specs says MPEG 2 @ 18 MBPS. Video doesn't look any different than my standard DVD copy version . Studios are starting to downgrade Blu-ray quality without informing the consumer. Make sure if you are buying Blu-ray movies from 20th Century Fox to read the specs to make sure you're getting full 1080p since they seem to be the only studio downgrading at this point or just check them all to be sure.

AND A SONY BDP-N460...
and the blu-ray version definately looks like any other blu-ray
on this set and blu-ray player certainly much sharper and more colorful
than the DVD version i have taken a good hard look at both versions on this set.
so AVC @18MBS doesn't seem to matter at all it's still a blu-ray
in terms of the way it looks and sounds i looked for flaws in the blu-ray
and could not find any..
i suppose some disks might not be as good as others or on other HDTVS
but on mine this is definately blu-ray quality all the way.

It is truly a great movie...Wish I could enjoy watching it. My BluRay drive on my computer will not play it, and I cannot find updates or anything so that I can play it. They are obviously open now, and if I can't enjoy them at home what can I do? Feel a little helpless....good movie though

for you living room it'll play it and you'll be glad you did make the investment.
watching it on your computer is not the way to go anyway not with this movie
