Pretty good router. I mainly use it for the AC connection, but with VOIP, gaming and general use, its pretty fast. Wireless works good, though i had a problem when i enabled the guest network. Some of the older G/N systems stopped connecting wirelessly. Once i disabled the guest network, everything worked again. There were no firmware updates to fix this and they are apparently aware of the issue, so hopefully this will get resolved at some point. I dont use the guest network that much, so not a big deal.
Interface is easy to use and setup is relatively simple. I am a pro user at this stuff, so i am typically doing a lot more configuration than normal users. People who need functionality to do certain advanced things, this unit can do them, so dont shy away.

Works great and fast

Setup this on my bedroom multimedia PC( i have one under every TV ). Took me about 10 minutes to install and get working. When i tested file transfer speeds, i got around 900Mbps. I have a 1.9 nighthawk router with AC, so close to gigabit speeds with a little usb dongle is great!

Great little & Fast drives

I bought four of these for our MIS department. They work as expected for storage and the fact that they are USB 3.0 really makes the difference loading PCs. We loaded windows 8.1 on new PCs with the 3.0 ports and we are finishing in less than 5 minutes.

I have four of these in my house. They power my entertainment systems and computers. Completely necessary in FL due to blips in power and thunderstorms. They usually last about 4 years before i have to replace the battery, which is to be expected with battery backups. I also use 3000VA, 500VA and 350VA APC units at the office, they are hands down the best in the business.

Its too bad they are phasing the necessary ports off TVs cause these units work great. Make sure you have a good cable cord though. We bought a bunch to use with our network based signal extenders.

Great tv. Had it for a few months for the NFL season so i could watch multiple games at one time. Had it hooked to an IOGear HDMI wireless extender so i could push my DirecTV signal from the bedroom to the main room where i had all the TVs( three in total ). Not one problem with this unit. Its mounted on the wall above the main TV, no problems there either.

I bought 2 of these and they work pretty good. I wish they had adjustable stands, but for some reason most monitors dont.
My only critique about these monitors is that for some reason when plugged into HDMI, at least on my video card (TI660), the monitor is dim. Since i bought two, i swapped them and the other one did the same thing. I had a Insignia TV on the HDMI port before these which didnt have the problem and when i moved my other 32 inch TV(my main monitor) to the HDMI port and it didnt exhibit the problem either. They work fine on VGA and DVI though.

i dont know your circumstances, but sounds odd

I have taken direct lightening hits before that fried several APC units. They took the hit and the servers and PCs were fine. This was in two buildings that i finally installed lightening protection grids on because i kept losing APCs to lightening. Support wise, APC has replaced two units that i know of because they were not functioning correctly but were still under warranty, no charge. I do know that if the unit is not grounded, it will not take a hit and the battery backup portion usually doesn't work until you fix the ground. Many older homes have this issue. I would call support back, make sure you have the receipt and talk to a manager. They do ask a lot of questions up front and it can seem daunting, but its a complex issue. Last time i called, it took a few days of back and forth to finalize the troubleshooting stuff.
