If I could give a 0 I would!

I purchased a television and mounting services over the phone. During the call, I arranged for the mounting services and TV setup to occur on the same day. Or so I thought. Geek Squad arrived to do the mounting and setup before the TV arrived!! Geek Squad was clueless, and said that they would reach out to a district manager and get back to me. They never did. It gets worse.
The TV arrived later that day. I called Best Buy to ask what the problem was and the consultant I spoke with was also clueless. After explaining my situation to him multiple times, he said that he would arrange for Geek Squad to come back to perform the mounting services and setup. He never did.
Instead, I got an email from Best Buy indicating that my order was complete. They would have been happy to take my money and never perform the services that they were paid to perform.
In the end I requested a refund. Of course I spent another 20 minutes on the phone with them while they figured out how to refund me. I'll do the setup myself. The experience was miserable and time consuming. I will never shop at Best Buy again!
