I've thought about an Apple watch for the last two years but wasn't sure if I'd really like it enough to warrant the price. I finally decided to purchase one while Best Buy had such a good discount on remaining stock. (Yes, I know there will probably be a new model released soon.)
If you love technology and gadgets like me, then you'll most likely enjoy an Apple watch. I'm amazed at all it does. Love the "nightstand" mode. I used to use my iphone for wakeup alarms, now I use my watch anytime I need an alarm.
I found the nylon bands and the sport bands very comfortable. I enjoy the ability to easily swap bands.
I was looking forward to using Apple pay with the watch (I use it on my iphone whenever/wherever it's offered) but found that in order to enable it on the watch, you have to have a passcode set. Having a passcode means anytime you want to access a feature, you have to unlock the watch by typing in the passcode. I found this tedious and so decided not to use Apple pay with the watch and just continue using my iphone. This has been my only disappointment with the the watch and it's only a minor one.

I've had my Ring Pro installed and operating for about a month now and although not perfect, I would still recommend it and I'm very glad I chose to install this.
Installation: Was not as easy as it could have been. I installed the power pack on my chime as instructed. Immediately the chime began to ring every 30 seconds or so for about 5 minutes then it stopped. Next I installed the Ring Pro itself. Could not get the thing to connect to wi-fi. I noticed a hot smell so I immediately uninstalled the power pack as it was causing the circuit board on my chime to heat up. In fact it had gotten so hot a plastic piece inside the chime melted and that's why it had stopped ringing. Tech supports (CYA) answer was to tell me I needed to contact an electrician because they thought I might have faulty wiring. I knew this was not the case. Now that my chime was fried I needed a new one. I consulted the chimes listed as compatible on the Ring website. I installed a known compatible electronic chime and the Ring power pack. No issues with heat and now the Ring Pro connected to my network easily on the first try.
My recommendation, check your doorbell compatibility first and save yourself some headache.
I like the ability to customize the motion field on the Ring Pro. I get quick alerts. I do get an occasion alert when nothing is there and for some reason when my porch light timer turns off the porch light at night it triggers a motion alert every time. Because of this I give it 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall I would recommend the Ring Pro. I always know when a package is delivered. I really like being able to see who's at my door without opening it.

GPX HM3817DT Micro Hi-Fi System - CD Player

I bought one of these for my husband's office this summer. The sound is good for such a small unit. We wanted a CD player, didn't care about ipod/iphone or mp3 capability. It was a bonus that it is also has a tuner and alarm functions. With the included remote, he can turn it on and adjust volume without getting up from his desk and going across the office to where the unit sits. We are now buying a second one for a bedroom at home.
What's great about it: Good sound for price-had features we wanted
What's not so great: Can't think of a negative
