Amp installation was bad experience. 1st attempt holes were drilled in back rest of my back seat of my suv to mount amp and wires were visible. Store manager made appointment for corrections. Appointment day came and guy in back said he was booked and he did not know anything about my situation. Store manager rescheduled my appointment. So I had to work around their schedule. 2nd appointment another guy told me he would need to reschedule me because he was booked. Store manager did make sure I was squeezed in 35 minutes later. Moved amp to under seat but guy could not figure out how to mount so I gave him permission to leave un-mounted since he did not know how to perform job. Speaker wires from speaker box to amp are still visible in cargo area. Cable running from battery to amp was forced through between rubber grommet and vehicle metal since the grommet the car dealer used to run their wires was only big enough to run theirs through. Amp installer should have found another routing instead of cutting corners and using existing one. An experienced installer should know that the sharp metal will cut into cable with vibrations of normal daily driving and cause possible short and that water will now get in from where he lifted grommet to squeeze cable through. This was my experience and maybe you will have better one. Just make sure you double check work before leaving.
What's great about it: Store manager efforts
What's not so great: Service- lack of proffesionalism in work area. Lack of supervision authority.
