I purchased this frig in Feb 2014 since then I have had the pleasure of living with the biggest piece of junk. The ice maker froze up and has been humming unbelievable loud. I have had it fix twice, the last time a week ago. So I'm writing this review because I woke up to the same problems yesterday, less than one week from the recent repair. I haven't had any ice made in 2 months. This is the biggest waste of money and Im sure Geek Squad will be out to my house again after this fix. I contacted Best Buy which advised they will just continue to fix the problem until it is fixed. I asked about when the refrigerator is out of warranty, which they advised that hopefully we will be able to fi it prior to then. Its been 3 months and this is the third service call. The temp on the frig says 37 degrees, but I have a thermometer in the frig that says 43 degrees. I wish someone would take responsibility for this piece of junk. I paid $2000, and I deserve a frig that works. Hopefully you have better luck than I am if you buy this junk.

Update to my last post, Geek Squad came out for the third repair. Geek Squad agent worked hard with Best Buy and finally got an exchange for the Lemon frig. Extremely happy now with Best Buy, and this is why I buy everything electronic from Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy Customer Service and Geek Squad.
