I live in an older house, that is prone to the lights going out and even an inkling of bad weather. The worst thing is the amount of time it takes for my internet to come back up, even if the lights only flickered for a bit. Enter this 7 outlet APC surge, and backup device. Since I’ve now moved to working from home now, my workstation going down was also a major concern for me. I was able to plug up my work computer, my router, personal laptop, google home, and my smart lightbulb hub all at once, and comfortably. I wanted to really test it out, and since there were no storms n the radar I used the circuit breaker to emulate an outage. All of my devices, and most importantly my router and work computer didn’t even flicker when I cut the power. I left the power off for about 2 hours and also plugged my phone up to the unit. When I came back, everything was still powered, as well as my phone charged. This is a pretty decent device that leaves you confident to weather any storm.

Overall this is a pretty good ice maker. This is my first, but I feel this was the best one to have. Out of the box the unit is VERY heavy, if possible try to have 2 people carry it as per instructions. The cleaning process was pretty easy and very straight forward. You definitely are going to want to go through the cleaning process prior to the first batch of ice being made. The biggest thing you'll want to remember is to make sure the hoses on the back of the unit are hooked up to the right place.
The unit is very easy to assemble. An added bonus is the ice scooper so you dont have to put your hands in the unit to get ice for hygienic purposes. Once you have assembled, cleaned and filled the tank up with water the ice making process takes place. I will say it was quiet as a mouse. I sat in the kitchen waiting to hear the thuds of the ice hitting the tray, and I didnt hear a single thing. It was not until I physically got up to check on the unit did I notice it had already coated the bottom with ice. That was surprising to me and a a great feature. It makes about 3 pounds of "good ice" the little nuggets that you find at SOnic for instance. That is much appreciated instead of the clunky, bulky ice cubes. The unit itself isn't too loud, but there is a noticeable consistent hum and it can be a little annoying honestly. Its surprising that the ice itself being dropped in the container is as quiet as mouse, but the unit itself is a little noisy. The cleaning cycle is also a little nosey as well.
This unit was a little bigger than I expected. It is compact but definately takes up a good amount of counter space. The 3 light settings that you can keep on to light up the tray is a really nice touch. Very soft lighting and not distracting at night. Being able to start the machine with the app, and be able to tell how much ice has been made is a really cool feature.
Overall, this is a decent solid unit to have as a first time portable ice maker.

I really can’t say enough good things about this product. Out of the box it comes in a beautiful high quality suede on the outside, satin inside carrying case. Inside you’ll also find a sturdy charging dock that doubles as a very convenient stand that you can place it on during use. The product itself is VERY well made and sturdy in your hand. Out of the box it only took about 30 minutes to charge and was ready to use. I’m an African American woman with very thick, natural, mid back length hair. With any flat iron I’ve ever used I’ve always had to turn it to the highest setting to flat iron my hair, usually 425° and sometimes THAT wasn’t even enough. I’ve attached a photo and you’ll notice on my right, my hair is brushed out with no product. On my left was me using the Carrole flat iron on 365° and only ONE swipe of the flat iron! In addition to it coming out straight with ease, I noticed my hair was also very soft instead of a burnt, coarse feeling I’ve experienced in the past. I have never in my life been able to achieve my hair being straight with so little heat and effort! It usually takes me an hour plus to fully flat iron my hair. Thanks to Dyson I am not able to achieve my desired look in about 20-30 minutes and it looks like I’ve gotten a blow out. The battery life is decent, I’ve had a wireless flat iron run out on me halfway through my hair but, with Dyson I don’t see me having that problem. Since you have to charge it after every use, I can’t really say how long it will last on a full charge since I haven’t needed it for longer than 45 minutes. The OLED display is clear and easy to read. The flat iron notifies you with beeps when it has reached your desired temperature, of the temperature decreases and just about anything else you need to know. It also has an airplane mode so you can travel safely with it in your carry on with instructions on how to use it. I’m in awe and so thankful to Dyson for creating another amazing product. This is a must buy! If it’s the price you’re concerned about, honestly it’s worth every penny and MORE. Another great product from Dyson which I’ve come to expect. You won’t regret this purchase.

So, this is my very first Hisense TV and I must say I am impressed. If you’re reading this definitely do not count this unit out just because it isn’t one of the “bigger brands” you get A LOT for your money and you’re not really breaking the bank. First thing that you nice out of the box, is the design. Super thin and very well made. You get the option of positioning the legs of the TV in 2 different ways you can have them closer in or a further out depending on your needs and where and how the TV will be placed. That’s not an option that I’ve personally seen and it was great to have the option. Once the TV is on you see the dynamic display in action. Bright colors, clear crisp display that really pulls you in. The features are GREAT. As usual the Android OS is simple and easy to use especially if you have an Android device of course. But, even if you don’t have an android phone it’s okay, this is still a great TV with other features that you would enjoy. Having Google Assistant on the remote was the best thing for me. As someone with Google home products this made for another great addition to my home entertainment system. The only downside for me was the sound. It definitely could be better even though it does have Dolby included, I wanted and hoped for more. Overall GREAT buy you won’t regret it. Hisense did a great job with this one.

I was really excited for my husband to try to try this shaver and so was he when I showed it to him. He had been wanting a shaver since he uses a straightedge. I watched him use it. It was a learning curve at first for sure and there is a technique to it. He liked it until he broke out all over his head the next day which has NEVER happened. His head is burning and bumps everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend. Maybe he just has sensitive skin, but either way he can’t use it if he’ll break out every time.

This is one of the beat air purifiers I’ve had. I wanted to use it for my basement that’s been converted into a very large bedroom and it’s really helped. It’s very quiet and even has a nighttime mode which is helpful. I was actually surprised at the air quality down there and 10 minutes with it running my air quality when down to 002 on the easy display located on the front read which is exactly where you want it to be. The display is very soft and doesn’t distract you at night. It’s also very nicely made and looks great with any decor.

This is a laptop that is great for those who like laptops that they can easily carry and go, small but packs a punch, with a very user friendly interface that’s good for any age. Google makes it very easy to share and create documents for school/work with the apps that already come installed. Great for college students like myself who have projects they have to do with others. The touchscreen is a good plus and very responsive. The screen is crisp clear and very good in low light. The design makes it easy to grip and walk around without it being too heavy or fear of it falling. My only cons are the camera it’s a little grainy, and a backlit keyboard would have made this a 5 star product. But, once again a very great Google product to add to the chrome book family.

This is a great coffe machine that surpasses any that I’ve had in the past. You can’t just hook everything up then begin making coffee no, read the instructions VERY carefully and throughly the first time so that you know how to clean and maintain it properly. Once that is figured out it’s really a breeze. To be able to make high quality lattes and cappuccino with just a touch of a touch screen button is amazing. I will say it is a little noisy but not to the point where it becomes an issue. The nesspresso pods are VERY VERY high quality coffee. Surpasses any other coffee maker that uses the pods system. Then, instead of having to take the pod out after every use it dispenses into a tray that you can empty as you need to. It does come with 14 high quality coffee pods and it’s easy to order more from their sight. The hot foam feature is my favorite since I usually get extra foam whenever I buy coffee. My mom is a little older and she has no problems operating the machine. This machine is designed very very well and it looks very sophisticated in your kitchen it’s definitely not an eyesore or something you want to stuff in a cabinet after use. Overall VERY high quality from the machine itself, to the touchscreen responsive buttons and definitely worth every penny. You won’t regret buying this especially if you’re someone who goes to high end coffee shops regularly.

I was really excited to test this product out. I’ve been managing my sleep quite well but I always still wake up with very little energy, enter this headband. I tried it out for 2 weeks prior to this review so as I could start to see the results but, that did it happen. Out of the box was great, the unit is nicely made and very easy directions. The app is probably my favorite part it paired with the unit with no problem and it was fun seeing my sleep tracked but I feel there were some discrepancies with the results specifically around the time I get up. The headband feels comfortable at first not too tight but even after these few weeks it’s awkward to wear for me at night Especially the part that rests on your forehead no matter how I adjusted it. There are speakers in the ears used to send vibration noises or waves into your ears throughout the night like white noise to help you sleep which I thought would be the best part because I need white noise to sleep you barely notice the sounds but the earpiece itself in the headband is extremely uncomfortable when sleeping. Imagine sleeping your phone up to your ear every night that’s what it feels like for me. This devil has major potential but the discomfort I felt while wearing it really took away from the unit itself. I really didn’t feel a difference in my sleeping.

This is a small but mighty microwave. Definitely perfect for college students, a place with little counter space or those that eat small portions or smaller plates. It heats evenly and pretty quickly. The best part is definitely the dial it’s a cool feature that I haven’t seen before and makes it much easier to use. Overall good unit just a little too small for me.
