I am generally not a GTA fan but this installment was an absolute blast to play! The heists are fun, car chases are REALLY fun, and the story missions are crazy good!
The only reason the game got 4 stars from me and not 5 was because I can't get over a game only being playable with the auto-aim on. The 1st person is neat, but makes the game near impossible to play.

Nothing new except jetpacks. GREAT campaign though

Here's another ctrl+c ctrl+v Call of Duty title. They did a good job of trying to vary the misc. multiplayer and single player components, but that's like changing a few minor ingredients in a stagnant , overplayed recipe.
The campaign was the most impressive part of this game. For the few people who only play the campaign, you are in for a treat. Was very entertaining and had lots of great parts that weren't linear run and gun down a hall/through a building/on a rooftop. The campaign was of a solid length at about 10-12 hours, give or take. ALOT longer than previous titles.
If you've played CoD online before, you've played AW. Just add jetpacks.
As you take in the pleasant view outside your window, it's hard to fathom that it could all be swept away in the blink of an eye. For Artyom, however, there's no need to imagine — after the devastation of an apocalyptic event, the only hope for salvation lies in the darkness deep beneath Moscow in the underground. The Metro franchise introduced you to Artyom's world as you plunged into the survival horror genre with Metro 2033, then kept you riveted in the action-packed follow-up, Metro: Last Night. Now, get ready to return to the terror and brutality that defines this hellish world on a first-person shooter thrill ride that tests your will to survive in every way.Metro Redux includes Metro 2033, the terrifying first chapter of Artyom's struggle for survival in the ruins of his city, as well as Metro: Last Night, the heart-pounding continuation. The nightmare begins in Metro 2033 as Artyom, a survivor of an apocalyptic event 20 years in the past, is forced to leave the relative safety of Moscow's underground and emerge into a world populated by murderous mutants and full of toxicity and danger around every corner. As if the world outside wasn't horrific enough, Metro: Last Light brings the terror underground as Artyom struggles to save humanity as it perches on the edge of civil war and ultimate destruction. Struggle for survival armed only with homemade weapons and your trusty gasmask as you fight your way through two action-saturated campaigns with all-new melee animations, plus hours of thrilling DLC. Immerse yourself in the bleak world of post-apocalyptic Moscow with stunning imagery rendered in silky smooth 60 fps, as well as new lighting, physics, dynamic weather effects and full-body player animations. Take charge with improved AI, controls and weapon handling and easily check your watch and ammo supplies on the fly. Prepare yourself for slow-burning intensity in Survival mode, or duke it out in brutal combat in Spartan mode. Rise to the ultimate challenge as you wage deadlier battles with fewer resources and without the benefit of HUD or UI in Ranger mode. The odds are bad and the stakes are high — do you have what it takes to save what's left of the world?
Metro is overall a great game that has alot of new elements in a somewhat stagnant category/genre.
Metro is a great story of post-apocalyptic Russia where mutants and other familiar regimes from history act as your foe.
The gameplay is solid and the new elements it adds cause lots of new strategies to be used that you don't commonly see in FPS's. While being swamped by mutants and monsters, having to change your gas mask filter sounds like a hassle, but it adds a really fun frantic element to the game that is hard to find elsewhere.
I rated 4 of 5 stars as the voice acting is terrible and often times painful to listen to. Also, it seems every mission ends/begins with you being knocked out, passed out, or waking up. While these aren't detracting from the actual game, they are issues that really stand out as corny, so can't be perfect!

The Last of Us is one of those gems that seems so far and few between these days. Naughty Dog is absolutely, hands-down, one of the true GREAT studios that Sony has so graciously blessed us Playstation owners with. Seriously, has there EVER been even a mediocre Naughty Dog game since its' inception?
The Last of Us is absolutely a game that will always stand out for this decade and will certainly become a classic. The storyline is not another zombie game. It plays strongly on human condition, tough decisions, and heart felt moments. It will truly evoke your emotions through the characters and events.
The single player campaign is second to none. It is well written, well dialogued, and well scripted. The game play is smooth, often frantic, yet highly rewarding. Strategy combines with run-n-gun differing based on circumstances. Plenty of exploring, plenty of rewards, and lots to discover off the beaten paths.
The multiplayer is a whole new experience unlike anything else out there. The grit, panic, dynamics, and overall experience is just another layer of sweet, sweet buttercream icing on top of a diamond-encrusted cake. Seriously, there is almost no game out there that will leave your adrenaline ACTUALLY pumping like being on last stand. Last stand is when your team has no revives left and the enemy team is hunting you down like an animal. Some of the most EPIC gaming moments in my gaming lifetime (22+ years of gaming) has happened during these moments.
Overall, if you haven't played TLoU, get with the program!
Learn moreabout Magnolia PremiumInstallation This ZVOX Z-Base 555 4005551 home theater system features 5 speakers, a 5-1/2" subwoofer and a 70W Class D amplifier to ensure clear, robust sound. PhaseCue II surround sound technology helps create a wide soundstage.
ZVOX, an unknown name that should be a household brand! While you may be skeptical on not being able to audition these units in-store, take the chance! It is WELL worth it!
At first, I was skeptical on how a single cabinet with such a low wattage could sound as good as it claims. I was astounded when I finally took the risk and purchased the 555!
At first, I was using a robust Sony 150 watt soundbar with a 250 watt subwoofer. It sounded great, was extremely loud, but not ideal for a household with sleeping children or for use with sensitive neighbors (in an apartment setting). The ZVOX ZBASE solved all my issues!
The phasecue allows users to change the level of background noises to voice audio. You get CRYSTAL CLEAR, movie-theatre like dialog without sound effects blasting your ear drums the next second. It balances all the sounds to the users liking and is ideal for an situation. The bass is crisp and tight, but don't expect it to shake the windows. It is a perfect level for anyone looking for clear sound without booming noise.
I use my ZBASE daily for TV, PS3, PS4, and bluray movies. The clarity and quality of the sound is better than anything with 3X the power. The design is sleek, sexy, and looks extremely high-tech (which it is!#.
I would recommend using a universal remote for your setup, as the ZBASE has it's own remote that is finicky with standard tv and cable box remotes. I use a Logitech Harmony ONE and everything works seamlessly and without-issue.
My only slight problem with the ZBASE is the lack of a display that lets the user see what level each setting is at #PhaseCUE, Treble, Subwoofer, Volume, etc...). This is a minimal issue, but can be slightly annoying if you are a settings-freak!
I HIGHLY recommend a ZBASE for someone who wants an emphasis on clarity and crispness of dialogue and details versus loud and sometimes jumbled sounds. Not highly recommended for music use, but sounds great for easy listening. Perfect for apartments, dorms, and small living rooms. Don't expect this to fill your entire house, but expect it to fill your room with clear talking, and crisp sounds.
