The oven size is not as large as other’s; therefore, it is important to be able to utilize ALL 5 rack setting and due to the design of the “effortless oven rack” you cannot use the lowest rack setting. When you place ANY one of the oven racks provided in the lowest setting, closest to the bottom of the oven, the door will NOT close! The brackets that you attach the effortless oven rack arms to, will not allow the door to close.
I called the Frigidaire, customer service line and was told that the oven door should be able to close when using the bottom rack position and they sent me a new oven rack which still does NOT allow the oven door to close when placed on the bottom level!!! It is extremely disappointing to spend so much money on a new product to have it not operate as it should. Now I have to call them again and wait to see what they plan to do to fix it.
Also, even if you could close the door when using the bottom setting, you still would not be able to use the effortless oven rack on the bottom setting, and if you place it on the next to bottom setting, you cannot even place another rack on the bottom setting at all as the arm brackets hang too far down and block access to the bottom setting.
Their quality control should have caught such an obvious problem before sending the product out!!!

Follow-up
September 29, 2014
I contacted Frigidaire again and they scheduled a service call even though it is not a performance issue but rather a design flaw. When the technician arrived, I again explained that it was not a performance issue, but rather a design flaw. I showed him the problem, he laughed, and agreed that it was in fact a design issue. He explained that the only thing he could suggest, is for me to remove the effortless rack brackets that are attached to the door and to make sure that once the brackets are removed, I place the same screws I take out, back and snug in place. I asked him if it would void the manufacture's warranty and he said no. There has been NO follow-up from Frigidaire.
