Surpassed my expectations!

I am professional photographer who mainly shoots events. I have shot with the D40, D3000, D90, D700 and D800. The D800 is an amazing camera but moody. Along comes the D750, billed as an "Action" camera. When I heard that it was only 6.5FPS, I was sorely disappointed and was very critical of Nikon. However, after reading a review by a world class wedding photographer about the D750. I decided that this was the camera I needed to work alongside the D800 at events.
After using the camera for 3 weeks, I have to say that I am completely floored. The problem, that I feel guilty about, is that I am not picking up my D800 anymore.
Pros
I can say this enough...the autofocus beats the D700, D800, D7100. I was able to shoot some volleyball shots that came out clearly at ISO 10000, and 90% of the shots were keepers even when blindly shooting at the action. It also focuses quickly in low light..one of 2 main reasons for purchasing this camera.
Autofocus - on Area mode auto...which means the camera picks the focal point. Amazing!!! It automatically focuses on the eyes. This means that when shooting portrait shots, you are able to shoot continuously freely which results in better candid shots.
Low Noise! - I shoot at ISO 10800 with no fear. This is a game changer for me allowing me to shoot more creatively without having to focus and recompose.
WIFI - love the fact that I can post photos to social media while out in the field. Transfer is fast and effortless on my Note 4. See image of Heron.
Cons
FPS - I would have liked more than 6FPS on this latest camera from Nikon. Still this did not prevent me from getting great bird shots..see image.
Grip - does not increase FPS.
I would recommend this to a friend!
