Great For The Price

As background, I am in IT. I build all of our desktops at home and perform repairs and upgrades on the laptops and console systems we own. There have been 13 various OS smart phones and 8 various OS tablets in our home over the years. In other words, I use a lot of hardware and software and have for many years. So when I say this device is great for the price I mean it. No you will not get even low level laptop performance out of it, and you will want to be near an outlet if you plan on using it for long periods, but it holds its own and is way better than any other device in this price range I have used. It runs full Windows 8.1 and as such has tight integration with your other 8.1 devices if you use a Microsoft account to log in to them. If I change the theme or background on my desktop, the settings carry over to my tablet. Very nice. Think of this as less of a laptop replacement and more of an eReader with the capability to run full Windows applications on it. I can read a bit, then pull of my copy of Plants vs Zombies on my Origin account and play (which then saves to the cloud so I can pick that back up on my desktop later). I even was able to run Visual Studio 2013 Community on it and compile a program although it was hard to do a lot of code editing on such a small screen and compiling was slow. I do suggest that those, like me, with fingers not considered dainty should get a stylus for desktop usage. That is more an issue of the screen size than anything else. Note that it runs a compressed operating system so if you are wanting to try out the cool Windows 10 Preview that is out you will have to wipe all partitions to do so. That will be fixed before RTM but for right now moving to Windows 10 without making your own backup of all partitions first is a one-way move.
Pros:
Full Windows 8.1
Tight integration with MS accounts
Ability to run Windows Apps
Ability to run Modern Apps
Free Upgrade to Windows 10 when it releases
Price
Micro-SD slot
Cons:
1 GB RAM (makes it slow down when doing things that take a lot of RAM)
Battery life is rather short, even terrible if playing a game. Toning down screen brightness helps.
My Best Buy number: 059746021
I would recommend this to a friend!

The PC looks amazing! Just bought it today and just set it up right now.
I just have some question , is the computer suppose to be loud(Fans), My graphic card fan is not spinning is it suppose to spin at all time or just when playing games?, what are the CD for that came with the computer?
Aside from those question the computer is running great and it super fast!

Most more modern graphics cards do not turn on the fans until you reach 60C. This thing runs pretty darn cool so you won't see that temp except in games.
The loudness is the CPU fan. They went with a bargain basement cooler with a small fan that runs at around 80-100% all the time. Get a better and quieter cooler. I am waiting on my bracket to come in to put my H100i V2 on it. But until then the fan is driving me nuts, I have to wear headphones and listen to music while on it or I would probably poke my ears out.

How much fps can you get in like gta v,playersunkown battlegrounds,dayz,rust,h1z1.i just need a pc that can run most games that just came out in decent fps. And I don't mind reducing the quality of the game I just want decent frames to play on.

Not sure on all of those, but I played BF1 at 1080p medium last night and got 45-75 frames while playing online multiplayer. I did have AA on as I can't stand to play games without it so that may impact my framerate. I do not use VSync as I have a Freesync monitor. I noticed the system was CPU bound, meaning the CPU was pegged at 100% but the video card was only running 50-80% most of the time. That is pretty similar to my old system that was an i5. You do have the option of replacing the CPU with a better one and selling the CPU in it to make some money back and also adding another 8 GB ram.

I like the pc and the graphics card, but the processor isn't the best, can it be upgraded to very good ones? What are some suggestions that are compatible?

It should support all Ryzen processors. I believe the best value for the money is the 1600X right now, but you could go as high as an 1800x. Make sure you change out your CPU cooler too as the one on here seems barely adequate for the 1400.

Does it have a standard, mini, or micro USB port?

Does it have a standard, mini, or micro USB port?
Can you use a bluetooth keyboard or mouse?
Micro USB. Matter of fact, all ports are micro (USB, HDMI, SD). It does have bluetooth and I use a bluetooth keyboard case with it. I also can pair my phone with it like I can with my desktop but have little use for doing so.

Will it have a flash for taking pictures?

No. And the camera is pretty bad anyway. More like a glorified web cam.

Does this tablet have an email program, or do you have to buy a microsoft outlook product?

There are free apps available for email, contacts, calendar, etc in either the App Store or on the internet. But if you want something similar exactly like Outlook you may need to purchase it.

I use the free Touchmail from the app store to get my Hotmail and Gmail accounts.
