My son purchased the Need for Speed Rivals game - brand new. The packaging had a sticker on it that covered a small icon that featured one key piece of information - Hard Drive Required. We have not invested in this piece of equipment. Instead, we opted to return the game to Best Buy, but were unable to because the game is now open. (We had the receipt and had not even had the game for 24 hours) Long story short, my son used up his Christmas money to purchase a game that he can't play until he buys a hard drive. I am disgusted and he is disappointed.I do understand copyright concerns, but I am frustrated that unless we purchase a hard drive, all Best Buy or EA can do is say, "I am sorry."
What's great about it: don't know
What's not so great: We can't play it because we found out after purchase we needed a hard drive
