This thing was horrible. Each one (original & two following replacements) were garbage. Finally, I upgraded to the pioneer system, and it worked fine. One, the sound quality is poor on this. Secondly, it decides when it wants to pair & when it does not. Never seen anything as buggy as this, and that includes an android haha.

Feels great, but both of ours have lasted a week. No drops, no hits, no nothing. No keys in our pocket, no change (we only use card). Best buy said they've never seen them shatter that fast. It's rubbish. Fix it. Meanwhile, I have to pay 3.99 each time a new one gets sent out. OH JOY!

Troy was the installer, thankfully. Went great. No problems whatsoever, and done much faster than what originally quoted. I drive about 40 miles to have him do it versus the Springfield store. They're way too slow & at least Forsyth knows what they're doing.

Works part of the time, part of the time it doesn't. It decides when and where it wants to work & what day it doesn't. There are better ones out there, not a lot, but better.

The quality is rubbish. My generic camera that was on here before looks better than this. I paid $79.99 & got ripped off for sure. I blame Metra, not the installer.

I find metra install kits on a lot of cadillacs stick out too far. There are better ones out there. Install was fine, it's really just the kit.

I love it & I hate it. Now wireless carplay is out, and it doesn't look like Pioneer thought much about future-proofing a system. When we already pay $600-700 for smartphones when they come out, I wish companies would give us a couple of years in between needing to upgrade. We got it for carplay & carplay alone (through the firmware update), but come on. Now, wireless carplay. Pioneer, you knew it would come. Good thing is, most of the time I keep it plugged in, but it would be nice to hop in real quick & not have to mess with plugging it in if I'm in a hurry.
