This Frigidaire FFLE4033QT laundry center features a high-capacity, high-efficiency washer and dryer, so you can quickly and easily manage large loads. A variety of wash and dry cycles offer customization for optimal fabric care.

Highly unpleased

I thought going with a unit for this much money, by a company with such a name as Frigidaire, that I'd be avoiding that "you get what you pay for" response when I tell people that it's awful, and was a terrible waste of money.
I purchased this with a 3 year protection plan, and sure enough, after only 16 months, this thing has stopped working (the washer stopped- the dryer works still).
From the beginning:
-Unbelievably loud wash cycle
-Unbelievably LONG wash cycle
-Unbelievably long dry cycle
-Unbelievably horrible design of the lint return (open the door and lint goes flying everywhere)
-Poor selection of wash cycles
Here we are, 6 weeks into the washer not working, Geek Squad has come out four times, and I still have to lug laundry around town to get it done (mind you, it's me and my fiance that do laundry - just the two of us...so it's not like I was running 2 loads a night every night of the week as a full family might).
Overall I am so discouraged not only from this product line, but also Geek Squad service as a whole. Let me clarify - the technician is not who I have a problem with - his job is to replace the parts that are "broken". Each time he is here, he calls his dispatch, explains the problem, and the guys on the other end of the phone suggest what parts to order. So, here's the timeline of how this has been going:
Day 1 of no washer - call Geek Squad
Day 7: GS arrives, suggest parts to order, schedules another week out to return
Day 14: GS arrives, installs new parts, washer doesn't work, schedule for another week out
Day 21: GS arrives, installs new parts, washer doesn't work, schedule for another week out
Day 28: GS arrives, yadda yadda yadda
It's insanity, I almost feel like the frustration of a "Protection Plan" far surpasses the struggle of not being able to do laundry. I could have probably had a seasoned appliance technician come out, and fix this from the beginning for 300$ between parts and labor, and I'd have only been out of commission for 2-3 days.
Overall incredibly frustrating experience here, which stinks, because I really do love Best Buy as they are almost the only Brick & Mortar store where I can go to see products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
