Document Fed Scanner Issues

I bought the Epson WorkForce WF-3640 yesterday and will be returning it today. I usually am very happy with Epson products but this one has been a headache since it was installed.
The scanner is not a 'work force'. It is a work staller! It jams after scanning 2 pages. It scans one just fine, but in my business I am scanning multiple pages all day long.
