I love Samsung as a brand. I've owned a Samsung TV, Phone, and Hard Drive. That being said: this product does not live up to the Samsung name. The TV stand itself is fickle, the remote is spotty, and worst of all: the "smart" features are laughable. They can take minutes to even load. My TV had a "stuck" pixel right out of the box.
The pros? Decent price for the size and when it does work properly, the picture is good. I just expected more from one of my favorite brands.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
