Purchased this as a second backup for files and things. Setup was easy, but the hard drive was loud. I could feel the desk rumble every few seconds as it worked. The next morning after using it one day, it made a clunking sound and stopped. Spent an hour on the phone with support and decided to take it back. Ended up going with WD, always had great results from them.

Didnt last but 3 years

This modem was awesome and ran great, but only lasted 3 years. Last night it stopped blinking and had very faint lights. I tried everything to bring it back up, but it did nothing.
Ended up buying another modem today. Seems to be a pattern with modems/routers only lasting 3-4 years now.
What's great about it: When it ran, it was great
What's not so great: Only lasted 3 years
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
